About Minister different.

God has used the Evangelical church of the developed Western world to do amazing things globally over the past 200 years. There has been an expansion of mission effort that would have been unimaginable to William Carey when he set off for India in 1793. This progress in the advancement of the gospel should be celebrated.

We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them. — Albert Einstein

But for all the growth we’ve seen, there is still so much left to be done. What is it going to take for the Church to finish the task in this new millennium? We believe that the time has come to think differently about ministry and missions. Einstein was right, we’ll need a different way out than the way we came into this situation.

“This hour in history needs a dedicated circle of transformed nonconformists. The saving of our world from pending doom will come not from the actions of a conforming majority but from the creative maladjustment of a transformed minority.” Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Atlanta 1966

We desire this site to be a place where ministry and the world are viewed from a different angle. The status quo will be questioned. Working harder to give the same old answers won’t be tolerated. We will ask new questions. We will challenge. We will provoke. But more than that, we will seek to imagine a new future, one built on hope and the promise of a returning King.  We will minister different.
